We're looking for a Senior iOS DevOps Engineer to lead the charge in scaling our iOS build and release operations. You will be at the intersection of automation, reliability, and mobile engineering, helping us shape how millions of users experience our apps. You'll play a critical role in streamlining our CI/CD pipelines, enhancing observability, and ensuring seamless, high-quality app releases.
What you'll do
- Architect, manage, and optimize the iOS build infrastructure using Swift Package Manager (SPM), Tuist, and Xcode. Ensure fast, modular, and reliable builds that scale with our codebase.
- Own and evolve our iOS CI/CD pipelines powered by Jenkins and Bitbucket. Integrate tools like SonarQube to uphold code quality, and drive continuous integration with robust unit and UI test coverage.
- Champion trunk-based development practices integrated with JIRA and Git workflows. Automate common engineering tasks to enable fast feedback cycles, clean merges, and frequent, safe releases.
- Lead the entire iOS release lifecycle-from coordinating App Store approvals to managing phased rollouts and feature flag configurations. Own the stability and success of every production launch.
- Implement and maintain real-time dashboards, alerting systems, and diagnostics using tools like Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry, and others to ensure post-release health and visibility.
- Collaborate with Android counterparts to align release schedules, monitoring strategies, and feature flag gating-ensuring consistency across platforms.
What you'll bring
- 4+ years of experience building, automating and releasing iOS applications at scale.
- Expert level knowledge of iOS build tools and systems, including Xcode, SPM and Tuist.
- Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/Cd pipelines
- Proven track record leading end to end iOS releases, including App Store submissions, phased rollouts and production monitoring.
- Familiarity with feature flagging platforms and mobile observability tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a passion for driving process improvements across engineering, QA and product.
