Hey there! Adfix, our bustling boutique agency that's all about growing awesome DTC brands and retailers globally, is looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to lead and execute high-performing campaigns across multiple social platforms.

This role requires a strategic thinker and proven leader who can manage budgets, guide junior media buyers, and deliver measurable business growth through effective media strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok Snapchat, etc)
  • Analyze data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Oversee media budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, SEM, email and client teams to ensure consistency and performance across campaigns.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of product catalog data and tracking systems.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new technologies, and platform updates.

What success looks like

  • Consistently hitting the holy trinity of ecommerce KPIs - revenue, spend, and ROAS - simultaneously through smart optimization and scaling decisions.
  • Running structured, rapid creative testing and iterations to uncover and scale top-performing ad concepts.
  • Oversee campaign quality and performance across the team to ensure best practices are followed.

Requirements
  • An enjoyable person that’s great to work with, if we’re going to spend most of our time together, might as well make it fun!
  • 4+ years experience working in media buying for ecommerce brands, preferably in the US.
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working & delivering on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Must be available during European working hours: 10am-7pm CET (with 1 hour break)
