We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Digital Services team in Toronto, Montreal or Ottawa. You will be responsible for onboarding & coordinating customers for our Digital Marketing Service, Websites, Mobile App and E-Commerce products. Additionally, you’ll coordinate marketing campaigns for a range of customers within multiple channels (social media, ads, etc). 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • You will be responsible for coordinating customer onboarding for marketing campaigns, websites, mobile apps, ecommerce products and other products between cross-functional teams. 
  • Participating in kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the onboarding process.
  • Leading onboarding calls to assist clients in setting up marketing channels and platforms including Website, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram and Google My Business. 
  • Provide guidance and support during the initial stages of the onboarding process, addressing any client concerns and ensuring a clear understanding of the process.
  • Maintaining consistent and timely updates to the customer based on task completion and customer responsibilities during onboarding and post-live.
  • Managing the amount of time for customers to move from setup phase to the time their marketing initiatives are running.
  • Understanding the specific features of Social Media platforms and how they can be best utilized for the client's needs.
  • Configuring customer’s products within our E-Commerce platform. 
  • Briefing internal stakeholders on design and creative tasks. 
  • Creating website sitemaps and managing website assets in the onboarding process. 
  • Use AI tools to produce and refine marketing outputs such as ad and email copy, creative briefs, basic asset variants, and website content drafts.
  • Build automations to reduce repetitive work using tools like Zapier and native AI workflows, including intake, task routing, content draft generation, and status updates.
  • Continuously test new AI platforms and workflows to improve speed, consistency, quality and incorporate them in our processes.

  • Coordinating with multiple teams in various stages of the marketing and website pipelines in a project management capacity.
  • Any other client marketing, website and mobile app related tasks that may come to us from other internal teams.

What you need to bring:

  • You’ve been thinking constantly about how to boost your skillset with new advancements in AI. 
  • You’re someone who is naturally curious, always trying to understand how things work and how to make them better by trying something new. 
  • You can show that curiosity through work experience or personal projects in any domain. Share what you’ve been working on, we’d love to see it!

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • ​​3+ years of experience in Website Coordination, Social Media Coordination, Technical Customer Support, Marketing or similar.
  • 1+ years of experience in project management.
  • Degree in marketing or business (optional), or proven industry experience.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills 
  • Ability to coordinate, support and manage external stakeholders. 
  • Polished overall communication skills including phone etiquette.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and strong time management skills. 
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
