Drive Strategic Growth Through Ownership and Results

Do you want to take ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns that have a direct impact on pipeline and revenue? Are you recognized for your initiative, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to join our Knowledge Management line of business and contribute to its strategic growth.

Your mission: define and execute the campaign strategy, deliver tangible results, and ensure we consistently achieve our pipeline goals through measurable, integrated multi-channel programs.

As our Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, you will:
  • Own the planning and execution of your campaign plan, building a solid calendar of programs and marketing mix aligned with business priorities.
  • Partner closely with product marketing, knowledge management, customer marketing, partner marketing, EMEA, and ABM teams to design integrated campaigns.
  • Lead multichannel programs (digital campaigns, webinars, tradeshows, partner activations, content syndication) with the support of digital, creative, and marketing operations teams.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (responses, MQLs, SALs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, ROI) and optimize ongoing campaigns to ensure goals are met.
  • Manage the budget for your business line: track spend, reconcile with finance, and ensure program efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide teammates by sharing best practices and enhancing campaign execution across the team.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), or enterprise software marketing, with strong expertise in campaign management and demand generation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven ability to manage and execute integrated campaign plans across multiple channels and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and strong analytical and reporting skills to forecast and measure pipeline contribution.
What would make you stand out
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and 6sense.
  • Expertise in B2B digital advertising and optimizing campaigns for pipeline and ROI.
  • Experience mentoring other marketers.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
