The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Marketing, is a pivotal role on the marketing team.  This person will manage all ongoing marketing activities related to access, including payer marketing material development, pull/push through material development, conference management, and field training. This role will also support access insight generation and strategy development and report to the Head of Marketing.

The Senior Manager/Associate Director, Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics to drive and advance patient and community engagement. 

The Senior Manager/Associate Director will shape our online presence and drive marketing strategies. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to analyzing performance metrics and optimizing our online strategies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

Market Access:

  • Execute all facets of payer marketing initiatives (i.e. Payer ad boards, payer-facing resource development)
  • Lead the development of messages and resources to support field sales execution with HCPs, in close collaboration with market access team
  • Conduct secondary payer research initiatives and generate insights to inform market access strategies
  • Support internal sales force and field reimbursement manager training on managed care related topics

Patient Marketing

  • Develop strategies, messaging, and content for patients that deliver against overall business objectives
  • Guide and oversee tactical implementation and ongoing optimization of the consumer brand plan
  • Provide agency management, including creative and media agencies
  • Prioritize resource allocation, deploy resources strategically and monitor budget to ensure efficient use of resources

Digital Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive patient and HCP digital marketing strategies that align with Invivyd’s goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and informative content for various digital platforms
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, and social media initiatives

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing and/or market access experience, preferably in hematology/oncology, infectious disease, transplant, vaccines, rare disease areas
  • Commitment to Invivyd’s Core Values: united, determined, dynamic, proactive, spirited
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong preference for local candidates as in office presence of up to 30% is required
