Position Purpose:
Lead network development analysis on various initiatives. Track current and prospective targets, perform competitive analysis and industry research to recommend potential network solutions.
  • Identify potential growth and expansion opportunities by retrieving, organizing, and analyzing market conditions including industry trends, competitor information, and acquisitions from online sources, external literature, internal data, legislative decisions, and regulatory activity

  • Provide forecasts and reports of relevant market trends.

  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of opportunities including financial projections and valuation analysis

  • Prioritize and assign tasks to ensure resources are used effectively and that targets are met

  • Provide guidance and supervision to team members throughout the strategic analysis process including market segmentation, business plan development, and performance analysis and evaluation

  • Ensure appropriate use of analytic techniques and review market analysis reports, service delivery system summaries and presentations

  • Assist in developing 5 year growth map for commercial business lines

  • Manages all network strategy and growth projects including commercial business line network development activities

  • Leads coordination on work with partner departments to improve and ensure network regulatory compliance
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Complies with all policies and standards.


Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
Master's Degree preferred
:
6+ years Experience with Network or Product development for commercial business required
3+ years of market analysis or business development experience required
Healthcare or insurance industry experience preferred

Pay Range: $105,600.00 - $195,400.00 per year

Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.  Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
