The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Enablement to play a critical role in driving Unity’s revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer success outcomes. This high-impact position sits within the Customer Success organization and reports to the Director of Product and Operations. It is responsible for scaling enablement programs across Sales, Channel, and Customer Success—equipping market-facing teams with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to drive performance and results. With a mandate to eliminate inefficiencies, improve productivity and performance, deliver impactful training, and accelerate time to impact, this leader will help unify and elevate our global enablement efforts.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive the vision and execution of enablement programmes across market-facing teams—including onboarding, everboarding, and role-specific certification
  • Build a data-driven enablement model that uses metrics to connect training and content programs to real-world performance outcomes (e.g., sales performance impact, customer success effectiveness)
  • Evaluate, implement, and operationalise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger) to align sales behaviours with strategic goals
  • Identify and remove operational blockers within Sales and Customer Success, reduce manual effort, and standardise best practices to improve productivity across market-facing teams
  • Establish governance and prioritisation frameworks for enablement programmes
  • Lead tooling strategy and adoption for market-facing teams

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record in enablement, preferably in SaaS or tech, with experience managing or leading enablement teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive multi-functional programmes, influence key decision makers and lead change initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience aligning teams across functions, time zones, and regions.
  • Strong operational mindset; capable of mapping complex workflows and driving measurable improvements.
  • Expertise in designing role-based certification programmes or readiness initiatives for market-facing teams.
  • Proven experience supporting or enabling Channel go-to-market motions, including collaboration with ISVs, resellers, distributors, and system integrators.

You might also have

  • Background supporting industry verticals like automotive, manufacturing, or aerospace
  • Hands-on experience implementing and using tools across Sales, Success, and Enablement—such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, WorkRamp, Mindtickle, or Highspot.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI/ML tools to personalise learning paths, automate coaching, or analyse performance metrics.
  • Experience applying instructional design principles and content development tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Camtasia) to create scalable, high-impact learning programs
