The Access IT Administrative Department is the single point of contact for all Desjardins IT users. It handles incidents, service requests and access requests in an efficient and professional manner. It provides independent, modern IT support adapted to user needs while managing the life cycle of office equipment in a secure and eco-friendly way. As a senior IT support services operational efficiency advisor, you report to the Operations Performance and Development Department. You will play a leadership role in a range of continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes, tools and practices to increase efficiency, improve the user experience and strengthen employee engagement. This role requires expertise in operational efficiency, process optimization and initiative coordination. More specifically, you’ll be required to:
Advise and support your clients and partners to help them develop, execute and monitor projects and initiatives under your responsibility
Help optimize and simplify business processes
Be a stakeholder in our operational transformation by participating in strategic reflections
Contribute to improving and developing operational control, as well as to the culture of continuous improvement and project management
Identify and analyze concerns, issues and impacts
Diagnose issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
Represent your unit before decision-making bodies
Participate in multidisciplinary working groups and lead workshops
Help develop and implement change management strategies
Serve as a resource person and coach for co-contributors in the organization

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Project management experience
Change management experience
Experience leading working sessions and Kaizen workshops
Hold or be in the process of obtaining Lean Six Sigma certification, green or black belt
Expert-level knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
Proficiency of process mapping tools and the Office suite
