As a Senior IT Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in the deployment, optimization, and support of SAP solutions related to production planning, detailed scheduling, and quality management.
You will interpret manufacturing operational needs and transform them into robust and scalable SAP solutions. You will actively participate in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle: from design to go-live, including configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support.

Salary scale 006: $98,400 to $130,000 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and skills related to the position.)
The levers through which you will make an impact:
Work in collaboration with production, planning, and quality teams to understand processes and identify improvements.
Lead workshops, gather requirements, and draft functional and technical specifications.
Configure SAP QM, PP, and PPDS (an asset) modules (production orders, planning, resources, traceability, quality control).
Ensure connectivity with MM, EWM, and external systems (MES, LIMS).
Define interfaces (Idoc, RFC, BAPI) and collaborate with developers for adjustments.
Identify and resolve issues, manage go-live activities, provide post-launch support, and train users.
Participate in multi-site deployments, maintain documentation, and propose continuous optimizations.
What will enable you to create value:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Operations, or Engineering.
Minimum of 7 years of experience on SAP projects, including at least 4 years with SAP QM, PP, or PPDS (embedded or decentralized).
Proven participation in multiple full implementation cycles (Explore → Realize → Deploy).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes: planning, scheduling, execution, quality control, resource management.
Expertise in configuring SAP QM, PP, and PPDS (an asset): detailed planning, order management, production tracking, non-conformities, quality control.
Knowledge of cross-module integrations (MM, EWM, etc.).
Ability to read and debug ABAP code to collaborate with developers.
Excellent communication skills in French and English with both business and technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset, rigor, and autonomy in task management.
Experience in multi-site environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and/or SAP Activate.
Assets
SAP certification in PP, PPDS, QM, or S/4HANA Manufacturing.
Experience in ERP (ECC, Oracle) to S/4HANA migration projects.
Experience in AMS (Application Management Services) support.
