- Daily/Weekly calls with customers
- Team member discussions for plans for the week and catch up on outstanding issues
- Daily/weekly reporting- Some of the reports you must review the information in both the Catalyst platform and the Employers workday system for issues that have arisen while some reports have to be manipulated to provide us the appropriate information, we need to review such as doing pivots or VLOOKUP's.
- Involvement of implementation of new customers using HRIS
- Prioritization of daily emails
- Training of newly onboarded Senior Product Claims Analysts/HRIS
- Performs other related duties as assigned or required
- Utilize Ai to identify business trends
Required Qualifications
