About the role:

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Integrated Campaigns (Full-Funnel) to develop and execute high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth across the entire funnel. This is an individual contributor role requiring a strategic, hands-on operator who can independently manage campaigns from ideation through execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams including product marketing, sales, RevOps, creative, and external agencies.

What you’ll do:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, paid media, webinars, events, etc.) to achieve business objectives, including brief creation, promotions strategy, and execution.

  • Project Management: Own the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, execution, timeline management, and performance tracking.

  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Leverage data insights to refine audience segments and personalize campaign messaging for maximum engagement across the funnel.

  • Content & Creative Collaboration: Partner with content, design, and digital teams to create compelling marketing assets.

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor key campaign metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with product marketing, sales, and external partners to align campaign strategies with business goals.

  • Marketing Automation & Tools: Utilize platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, or similar to execute and track campaign performance efficiently. Collaborate closely with the marketing operations team on data hygiene (campaign tracking, MQL scoring, lead routing).

  • Agency Collaboration: Work directly with agencies on asset and creative execution.

  • AI-Enabled Efficiency: Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive campaign tasks (briefs, copy drafts, reporting, list segmentation), streamline workflows across the campaign lifecycle, and surface data insights faster, freeing up time for strategic, high-impact work.

Who you are:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in B2B or SaaS industries.

  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including digital, paid media, and email marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.

  • Ability to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams.

  • Comfort using AI tools to speed up campaign workflows and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and paid media best practices.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization methodologies.
