POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to enrich our brand team and creative services. This role requires strategic thinking focused on business needs, a structured work approach, solid 360° experience in graphic design and creation, as well as project management skills.

The role also involves actively taking charge of the tasks necessary to carry out your projects, including certain production tasks.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be at the forefront of new technologies, including AI, to maximize creative and productivity opportunities. Strong creative leadership and the ability to influence colleagues are also essential.

You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that include advertising creation, layout of publications and documents, creation of visuals for social media, development of guidelines and templates, design and branding of videos and animation, photography, and much more.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

  • Artistically direct advertising, content and social media projects.

  • Take charge of the creative development and assume the production of the assigned projects.

  • Collaborate with copywriters to generate impactful ideas.

  • Rigorously manage and monitor projects independently.

  • Develop and promote a coherent vision of brand expression.

  • Advise internal clients on branding.

  • Manage and maintain a network of contacts and external suppliers (freelancers, design studios, photographers, production companies, etc.) and supervise projects.

  • Work closely with the Creative Brand and Services Manager.

What we are looking for

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in graphic design and/or art direction.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in project management and coordination with external vendors.

  • Known for adopting and valuing a structured and well-organized way of working.

  • Rigor and attention to detail.

  • In-depth mastery of current design and production tools and technologies.

  • Experience in brand image management.

  • Bilingualism (English & French).
