Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Develop frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Work with clients to understand business needs and contribute to technical solutions.
- Help ensure applications are robust and performant.
- Write clean and maintainable code, and participate in code reviews.
- Assist with deploying, monitoring, and managing applications in cloud environments.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to innovative solutions.

- 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Proficiency in React and its ecosystem (React hooks, state management), semantic HTML, CSS,
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Proficient in Node.js and NestJS, with good working knowledge of .NET Core and Java
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working in an agile development environment with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT), and data protection.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with clients and diverse internal teams, translating technical concepts into client-friendly solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with designers, developers, and product owners
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to balance multiple priorities, adapt to constantly changing business environment, work independently, drive projects to completion, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Proven track record of at scale solutions for consumer facing digital experiences.
- Proven experience in the sports industry is a plus.
