As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will shape our products' core UX experiences while maintaining versatility across the stack. You will mentor and guide engineers, organize tasks, and ensure technical excellence, all while remaining an active contributor to the codebase.

• Technical Leadership: Set the technical direction for the team, ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and deployment.
• Task Organization: Work closely with product managers to break down tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely delivery.
• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, test, and enhance highly scalable, performance-driven JavaScript/TypeScript applications in Angular and Node.js.
• Code Reviews & Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality code through thoughtful design and code reviews.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver innovative and impactful features.
• Innovation & Best Practices: Stay up to date with modern development trends, frameworks, and best practices to drive technical excellence.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a senior engineer, guiding teams and projects.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and modern component libraries.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

• Experience with Nest.js and scalable backend architectures.
• Exceptional debugging and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
• A bias for action.
