We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET C#) to join our team in Montreal’s Angus Technopole district.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced developer who enjoys solving technical challenges, building scalable applications, and contributing to product evolution in a collaborative Agile environment. You’ll play a key role in the development and enhancement of our FlowFit platform while helping shape technical decisions and client-focused solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong full stack expertise across the Microsoft ecosystem, experience working on complex web applications, and a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement and innovation.

• Contribute actively to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the FlowFit platform
• Design, develop, and optimize backend and frontend application components
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and implementation planning

• Analyze client requirements and contribute to solution design
• Build interfaces and workflows that improve usability, scalability, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions

• Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Contribute to code quality, maintainability, and development best practices
• Support modernization and optimization initiatives across the platform

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field
• Minimum 7 years of experience working with the Microsoft .NET technology stack
• Strong experience building and maintaining modern web applications
• Experience working within Agile development environments
