We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role will be focused on the Company’s Global General and Administrative (G&A) cost functions. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted business partner to the Global G&A functions, providing financial planning and analysis support to drive informed business decisions. The Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing actuals, forecasting, and budgeting to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actuals Analysis: Collaborate with the G&A function to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of actuals. Analyze and provide insights on G&A expenses, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.  Some basic accounting may be required.
  • Forecasting: Develop and maintain a rolling forecast for the G&A function, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Provide regular forecast updates and variance analysis to stakeholders.
  • Budgeting: Assist in the development and maintenance of the G&A budget, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for cost optimization and provide recommendations for budget allocation.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support G&A planning and analysis, including data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Business Partnering: Serve as a trusted advisor to the G&A function, providing financial insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on G&A key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial planning and analysis tools, such as Excel, financial modeling software, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
