What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Finance & Strategy to join our Go-To-Market Finance team, supporting SurveyMonkey’s Self-Serve business. In this high-impact, highly visibility role, you’ll act as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across the Self-Serve organization, helping drive operational and financial planning at scale. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the company’s most critical growth levers—offering a steep learning curve, exposure to senior leadership, and a direct connection between your work and company-wide success. You'll play a key role in shaping strategy, leading initiatives, and solving some of our most exciting challenges.

What you’ll be working on

  • Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leaders across the Self-Serve and Finance teams, providing actionable insights to guide decision-making.
  • Analyze and forecast key performance metrics (e.g., signups, conversion rates, AOV, bookings, LTV, ARR) to support business growth and optimization.
  • Lead financial planning efforts for the Self-Serve organization—including quarterly forecasts, annual planning, and long-range modeling.
  • Build and deliver clear, data-driven reporting to business partners, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Finance on executive and Board-level presentations and strategic materials.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance our financial capabilities, especially within a high-scale, low-touch business model.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 3+ years of experience in FP&A, data analytics, or business operations—ideally within a product- or growth-focused organization.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and business intuition, with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight (Excel required; SQL preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a knack for turning analysis into clear business recommendations and advocating effectively across teams.
  • A bias for action, a curious mindset, and comfort navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
  • A passion for process improvement and automation—constantly looking to optimize and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to think strategically and see the big picture.
