We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to assist in designing, implementing, and optimize IT systems across Business Support Systems (BSS), Operational Support Systems (OSS) and related Infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the architecture is aligned with the company’s strategic goals, providing seamless integration, scalability, and high performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, document and assist with solution design for IT enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Establish and enforce standards, policies and guidelines.
- Develop enterprise architecture strategies that align IT capabilities with business objectives.
- Identify risks related to IT architecture and propose mitigation strategies
- Facilitate and chair IT architectural review board
- Work closely with architects, business analysts, and product teams to align architecture with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance on data modeling and design best practices for development teams.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, integration processes, and architecture standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in solution architecture, detailed design and implementation
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing solutions in complex environments.
- Strong understanding and experience with data architecture and cybersecurity principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Microservices and API-driven architectures
- Knowledge of telecommunications standards and protocols (e.g., TM Forum standards, OSS/BSS frameworks).
- Strong experience with Business Support Systems (BSS) including billing systems, CRM, ERP and order management.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong project management and time management abilities.
