In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
- Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Independently resolve complex issues
- Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise.
- Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
- Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.
- Consult with dependent product partners (including legal, risk, compliance, and control) on digital application capabilities required to meet business growth objectives.
- Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
- Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with Agile Scrum methods and Confluence and JIRA tools suite.
- Demonstrate ongoing knowledge and experience of financial services and Banking industry including products, systems, processes, and data.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to engage and influence senior technology and business leaders.
- Prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with Financial Services or Fintech industry
- Experience working on an unsecured lending product team
- 3+ year of Agile methodology experience
- Experience creating user stories
- Experience writing acceptance criteria
- Technical Product background
- 4+ years of experience in with Jira, Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, and Confluence
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
- 3+ years of experience managing tradeoffs and executing day to day backlog prioritization and refinement; defining release plans aligned to the product strategy and roadmap
- Experience transitioning teams to agile product and portfolio management
- 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment, managing tradeoffs, and executing day to day backlog prioritization and refinement; defining release plans aligned to the product strategy and roadmap
- 3+ years of experience leading the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs, and initiatives enterprise-wide while managing risk and ensuring regulatory and policy compliance
- Previous experience enabling new features for merchant experience
- Prior successful work leading scrum teams in a matrixed environment
- Ability to translate and present complex technical data across technical and non-technical group
