Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage AWS infrastructure with a focus on services like EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Athena, and SQS.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and management of code across various environments.
- Configure, optimize, and maintain VoIP applications such as Kamailio, Asterisk, and Freeswitch, ensuring high availability and performance in high-end user environments.
- Implement and manage Kubernetes clusters to orchestrate containerized applications efficiently.
- Apply security best practices throughout the infrastructure, manage IPtables, and ensure application security.
- Deep technical troubleshooting, including the analysis of PCAP files to address Level 3 technical challenges.
- Customize Linux distributions to support specific requirements of VoIP applications, focusing on network configurations, memory management, and system performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with AWS Cloud services and a thorough understanding of cloud architecture principles.
- Proficient in operating systems like CentOS, Debian, and Amazon Linux 2.
- Solid background in programming and scripting with Python, C/C++, and Bash.
- Strong experience in database management and integration with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and Memcache.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, and message brokers like RabbitMQ and Sidekiq.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, capable of addressing complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex VoIP issues using tools like Homer, and proficiency in reading and analyzing PCAP files.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AWS or Kubernetes are highly desirable.
- Experience with advanced network troubleshooting, including PCAP analysis.
