What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for a Senior Designer to join our Ecosystem Design team. In this role, you'll utilize your experience, proficiency in cosmetic monetization, and knowledge of UGC ecosystems to help shape the future of cosmetics in the Fortnite universe.

In this role, you will
  • Define and document principles & best practices for cosmetics across the Fortnite ecosystem
  • Assist game development teams to ensure maximum cosmetic interoperability
  • Evaluate and drive proposals for new cosmetic opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gathering input and regular feedback
  • Evangelizing UGC ecosystems, creating training materials, and presenting for internal audiences
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of cosmetics and/or monetization experience
  • Experience building ecosystems and/or defining principles for first-party and UGC content
  • Ability to drive initiatives, with a desire to move quickly and challenge the status quo
  • Knowledgeable about the Fortnite Ecosystem and its offerings
  • Demonstrated ability to improvise and creatively solve problems
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
