What we’re looking for

We’re on a journey to $1B+ in revenue and looking for a data-driven, innovative marketer to join our Product and Lifecycle Marketing team as Senior Demand Generation Manager. In this role, you’ll lead the execution of integrated campaigns that elevate brand awareness, generate demand, and drive pipeline. You are a full-funnel demand generation expert who brings both strategic thinking and hands-on executional strength, and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves while keeping a sharp eye on big-picture goals.

What you’ll be working on

  • Generate new business and expansion pipeline for our global sales team
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, full-funnel campaigns that are aligned with company goals
  • Manage, influence, and optimize a diverse set of channels, including but not limited to: email, webinars, events, content, partners, sponsorship programs, social, etc., with an emphasis on scaled digital experiences. Able to build activations in net new channels from scratch
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams, including: Content, Brand, Design, Organic Social,  Paid Marketing, Web, Customer Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Analytics
  • Partner with Sales, CS, and Sales Enablement teams to optimize conversion rates throughout the funnel, from lead to marketing-qualified lead (MQL), sales-qualified lead (SQL), opportunity, and close
  • Investigate, analyze, and report on campaign performance in partnership with Marketing Analytics to understand how we can optimize by channel, tactic, persona, segment, region, etc
  • Champion a culture of experimentation to improve campaign ROI and drive efficiency gains
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and help upskill the team

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Experience: You have 8+ years of proven success in B2B SaaS demand generation. Bonus if you’ve worked in a Product-Led Growth (PLG) environment.
  • Strategic and results-oriented: You’re goal-driven, data-minded, and known for delivering high-performing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • A campaign orchestrator: You’re great at managing multiple channels and workstreams, and you thrive in fast-paced environments with lots of moving parts.
  • Creative and curious: You bring fresh ideas to the table and aren’t afraid to test, learn, and pivot.
  • A strong influencer: You’re skilled at building alignment and navigating complex, global organizations.
  • A compelling storyteller: You can craft persuasive messaging and content—landing pages, ads, webinars, and more—that moves your audience to act.
  • Analytical and data-driven: You rely on insights from tools like Salesforce and Tableau to inform strategy and measure success.
  • Tech-savvy: You’re experienced with martech platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Goldcast, WordPress, Jira, Tableau, Amplitude, Outreach, and Highspot—or similar tools.
