As a Senior Data Scientist at MindBridge, your day-to-day activities may vary. The ideal candidate will work well within a team and with our clients to ensure the projects are delivered to the highest quality and meeting client requirements.

Above all we are looking for someone with a great attitude, high energy, and focused on execution, continuous improvement, and accountability. A data scientist with a growth mindset who is excited by opportunities to learn will be successful in this role.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the development team to deliver data science into MindBridge’s core product. 
  • Deliver high-quality data science for strategic clients and capabilities. 
  • Support junior data scientists by providing feedback and act as a sounding board on projects. 
  • Develop and deliver new data science methods to support our key analytic goals. 
  • Deepen their own skillset by keeping up-to-date on the latest innovations in data science and artificial intelligence. 
  • Provide input and collaborate on the forward Data Science work programme. 

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Have a PhD in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics/Biostatistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science or similar) or an appropriate combination of education and experience. 
  • Have 5+ years' experience using statistical analysis and machine learning models to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Have technical leadership skills and are able to coordinate a data science project throughout its full life cycle.

  • Fulfill requirements necessary to obtain and clear a full background check
