You will have impact and fun at work by:

  • Finding the "aha!" moments: You’ll dive into player behavior to find eye-opening insights that help us decide what to build next for our fans.

  • Sharing the knowledge: You’ll be our team’s friendly expert for new tools like AI and LLMs, supporting your colleagues so we can all become more data-informed together.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • You have a solid background in free-to-play mobile games or other Mobile-First Consumer Tech companies, with several years of experience making a real impact on product development, product optimization, and live-ops.

  • You’re a SQL expert and feel right at home using Python or R to process data and find answers.

  • You’re skilled at data visualization and love to communicate your findings in a way that’s easy for everyone to understand.

  • You have a deep understanding of A/B testing and statistics, ensuring our experiments are always honest and reliable.

  • You’re technically curious and enjoy finding ways to carry out your ideas quickly and with ease.

  • You hold a degree that gave you a strong foundation in data processing and statistical analysis.

  • You’re an enthusiastic communicator who enjoys sharing insights and participating in creative discussions.

It would be nice if you also have the following skills:

  • You’ve already started exploring how to use AI and LLMs to enhance data analysis and reporting.

You'll work in a hybrid setup with two to three days at the office per week. Kindly send us your CV in English. We look forward to speaking to you!
