is continuing to develop its pricing and business rules management capabilities
through the Earnix platform. To support this transformation, we are seeking a
Senior Consultant - Agile Project Manager / Product Owner capable of bridging
the gap between business teams, IT teams, suppliers, and executive
stakeholders.
The
successful candidate will lead initiatives related to the delivery of Earnix
features, priority management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, and the
achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Project
Management and Leadership
- Lead
projects and initiatives related to the Earnix platform.
- Plan and
coordinate the work of the various teams involved.
- Ensure
adherence to costs, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and
lead project committees and follow-up meetings.
- Produce
performance indicators and progress reports for management.
Agility
and Product Ownership
- Act as
Product Owner or business representative to Agile teams.
- Manage and
prioritize the backlog based on business value.
- Write and
maintain user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate
in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Refinement, Review, and
Retrospective).
- Ensure
alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.
Stakeholder
Coordination
- Collaborate
with pricing, actuarial, underwriting, IT, data, and architecture teams.
- Coordinate
with external vendors, including Earnix.
- Gather,
analyze, and document business requirements.
- Facilitate
decision-making and issue resolution.
- Ensure
effective communication between all stakeholders.
Change
Management
- Support
business units in adopting new solutions.
- Develop and
coordinate deployment strategies.
- Participate
in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning.
- Identify
organizational impacts and mitigation plans.
Requirements

Experience
- Minimum of
8 years of experience in managing technology or transformation projects.
- Significant
experience in an Agile environment.
- Experience
as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager.
- Experience
in the insurance or financial services sector.

in projects involving business rules, pricing, or advanced analytics platforms.
