Commercial Planning
Drive Commercial Planning, alignment across departments and channels, and execution across commercial campaigns in close partnership with Merchandising, Marketing and Creative
Own the end-to-end Commercial Calendar; build, align and execute the campaign calendar including tentpole events (eg. Black Friday-Cyber Monday, Gift Guides, TRR-exclusive moments etc.)
Identify and prioritize high impact opportunities to drive traffic, conversion and AOV
Leverage recaps, research and insights to shape campaign strategy and develop best-practices
Act as the bridge between Merchandising, Creative and Marketing–from briefing through delivery and optimization–ensuring campaigns drive demand and consignor engagement
Steer omnichannel strategy development across Site, Social, Paid, Email and Retail to deliver seamless launch strategies; establish clear KPIs and success metrics for all campaigns
Lead the development of holistic campaign briefs that outline objectives, success criteria and a strategic framework for internal and external partners to deliver against
Ensure consistency and clarity of content and messaging across channels while optimizing for performance and customer engagement
Own campaign hindsighting, synthesizing cross-channel learnings and gathering competitive insights to drive innovation, testing and evolution of the commercial plan
Spearhead special projects, pilots or partnerships that support commercial goals and/or drive category growth and require cross-departmental alignment and organization
Manage key timelines, workflows and program execution with internal teams and external partners to deliver bar-raising work on time and on target
Minimum Requirements:
8+ years of experience in commercial planning, integrated marketing or category marketing at a leading ecommerce or omnichannel retailer
Proven success driving engagement and GMV through cross-channel campaigns, integrated content and data-driven storytelling
Expert collaborator–adept at partnering with Merchandising, Marketing, Brand/Creative and Retail to build cohesive, high-impact campaigns
Strategic and operational–able to distill strategic goals into an actionable campaign calendar and execute with precision across complex timelines
Excellent communicator and presenter–able to influence and engage stakeholders across levels
Demonstrable marketing fluency and analytical abilities, adept at translating insights into effective, measurable cross-channel programs
Passionate about luxury, fashion and recommerce with an instinct for trend and customer insights
Preferred Requirements:
Luxury/resale ecommerce or marketplace experience a plus
