We are looking for a Senior Channel Partner Marketing Manager to help us accelerate our partner-driven go-to-market strategy, drive pipeline growth, and strengthen relationships with our channel ecosystem.

About the Role

The Senior Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that enhance engagement, revenue, and growth with our channel partners, including VARs, CSPs, and GSIs. This role will focus on building high-impact co-marketing programs, enabling partners with marketing resources, and optimizing demand generation efforts to drive joint business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Execute Channel Marketing Strategy
    • Design and implement comprehensive channel marketing plans that align with business objectives and partner growth goals.
  • Drive Co-Marketing & Demand Generation
    • Create and execute joint marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and digital content strategies that accelerate pipeline growth through partners.
    • Oversee and optimize Market Development Funds (MDF) to ensure investments generate high-impact results.
  • Enable & Empower Partners
    • Provide partners with marketing assets, sales tools, and training to strengthen their ability to drive demand and generate new deals.
    • Develop partner communications and enablement toolkits that enhance go-to-market execution.
  • Strengthen Partner Engagement & Relationship Management
    • Collaborate with key partners to identify growth opportunities, optimize go-to-market strategies, and build long-term strategic alliances.
    • Act as the primary marketing liaison between Aviatrix and its channel ecosystem to enhance collaboration.
  • Measure & Optimize Performance
    • Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
    • Monitor partner-driven pipeline growth, campaign ROI, and marketing-influenced revenue contributions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Success, and Revenue Operations to align on joint marketing strategies and optimize execution.

What you bring

  • A strategic, data-driven approach to marketing and business partnership
  • Proven record of driving channel marketing programs and activities that deliver measurable and meaningful business results
  • Experience with all facets of partner marketing, including partner communications and education, partner enablement toolkits, co-marketing programs, and management and tracking on an individual partner basis
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in channel marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS, B2B technology or cloud networking.
  • Proven experience developing and executing co-marketing programs with VARs and  CSPs partners.
  • Analytical & data-driven, ability to track performance metrics, analyze partner impact, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and partner relationships simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing tech stack such as automation platforms (e.g. Marketo), CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce), and partner portal management (e.g. Impartner).
  • Strong Communication & relationship-building: Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively engage partners in collaborative initiatives.

US Pay Range

The US annual base salary range for this full-time position is $147,600-$166,500 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education.  The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
