Join our team and make a difference. You will play a key role at Intact in the development and implementation of change management strategies and plans for Intact's transformation journey.
What you’ll do here:
Develop and implement innovative change management strategies that will ensure the adoption of new behaviors and tools to achieve organizational strategy and project objectives.
Establish strong relationships with Operations and Planning, IT, and stakeholders to become a key resource and advisor.
Develop relevant tools, guidance, and training to prepare and coordinate change management plans and strategies to support the business.
Share a clear business vision and goals for change with key stakeholders.
Support the change management process by conducting stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, identifying risks, and creating mitigation plans.
Identify and address resistance to change, developing solutions to overcome obstacles and encourage a culture of flexibility and adaptability.
Participate in project meetings, workshops, and other activities where the presence of an organizational advisor is needed.
Facilitate change management training/learning for stakeholders.
Stay informed on trends and best practices to identify opportunities to strengthen change management and ensure the evolution of change management tools.
Set up performance indicators and monitoring tools to assess the effectiveness of change management strategies and adoption of tools and processes.
What you bring to the table:
University degree in management, human resources, organizational psychology, or any combination of equivalent education and experience.
Certification in change management, an asset.
Experience working with software development teams, an asset.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in change management.
Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A collaborative and inclusive mindset.
Creativity and innovation to propose new or out-of-the-box solutions.
Strong agility with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
Results-oriented with the ability to work at a quick pace.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong project management and planning skills.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country
