About the Role

Solutions Metrix works with banks and credit unions in North America to design and implement CRM solutions that transform how financial institutions operate.

We're hiring a Senior Consultant to lead client engagements end-to-end. You'll own discovery sessions, architect CRM solutions, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive implementations from strategy through go-live. This is a high-ownership role in a boutique environment where you work directly with C-suite and VP-level banking executives.

You don't need CRM platform experience to succeed here. What matters is that you can walk into a room full of senior bankers, understand their business problems, and translate those into solutions - then see them through to delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Lead functional discovery workshops with banking and credit union clients to map business processes, identify pain points, and define requirements
  • Design CRM solution architectures, process maps, and detailed functional specifications based on client needs
  • Own client relationships throughout the project lifecycle - you are the primary point of contact, not a resource behind a project manager
  • Bridge strategic planning and hands-on execution: build release plans, develop solutions, and manage quality assurance through testing
  • Provide expert guidance to financial services clients on how CRM automation can optimize their operations
  • Develop training materials and deliver workshops to client teams, ensuring smooth adoption post-go-live
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of our consulting practice
  • Resolve complex project challenges and navigate conflict in dynamic client situations

What We're Looking For

Must-haves

  • 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, business analysis, product management, business transformation, or client-side digital/CRM operations
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Based in Montreal (hybrid work model)
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, manage senior stakeholders, and present to executive audiences
  • Strong structured thinking - you can take a complex business problem and break it into actionable components
  • Experience working with enterprise clients, ideally in financial services, insurance, or similarly regulated industries
  • The ability to explain complex concepts in plain language

Strong advantages

  • Experience in banking, credit unions, or financial services specifically
  • Background in CRM, ERP, or enterprise platform implementations (any platform)
  • Management consulting experience at a firm like Deloitte, Accenture, CGI, Alithya, Levio, or similar
  • Product management or product ownership experience in B2B SaaS
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodology
  • Experience with business process automation or workflow design
