The Senior Business Analyst will analyze business requirements, document features and business rules, support backlog refinement, and contribute to UAT in a complex claims automation program.
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a strategic claims automation program (approximately $12M / 3 years), operating within a complex, matrixed, multi-team, and highly integrated business and IT ecosystem.

- Quickly understand complex business needs
- Structure and deepen those needs progressively
- Produce the right level of analysis, at the right time, to support frequent and incremental delivery
Role Summary
- Analyze and document business requirements
- Write features, business rules, and acceptance criteria
- Identify impacts on business processes and stakeholders
- Support backlog refinement in collaboration with the Product Owner (who remains responsible for scope decisions at the story level) and the Project Manager (at the feature level)
- Contribute to test scenarios and UAT
- Work at the core of a fusion team, in close collaboration with the PM, PO, business and solution architecture teams, and IT teams

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn a domain and build credibility with stakeholders
