Perion est à la recherche d’un(e) Spécialiste principal(e) de la facturation pour se joindre à son équipe dynamique. Vous serez responsable de superviser l’ensemble des opérations de facturation de notre unité d’affaires Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH).

Votre rôle sera essentiel pour assurer l’exactitude des factures, optimiser les processus de facturation et offrir une expérience client impeccable. • Gérer l’ensemble du cycle de facturation, y compris les scénarios complexes.

• Recueillir et documenter les besoins de facturation lors de l’intégration de nouveaux clients.

• Agir comme expert(e) de référence pour tout ce qui concerne la facturation des produits DOOH de Perion.

• Être l’interlocuteur(trice) principal(e) des gestionnaires de comptes du service client pour les questions de facturation.

• Assurer l’exactitude des factures et corriger toute erreur ou anomalie.

• Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin d’améliorer continuellement les processus.

• Participer à l’implantation et à l’optimisation d’outils d’automatisation (NetSuite et plateforme interne).

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de recouvrement pour assurer un suivi efficace des paiements.

• Gérer les cas particuliers de facturation manuelle (Brésil, Chine, Japon, etc.).

• Formation : Diplôme en comptabilité ou en finance.

• Expérience : Minimum 5 ans en gestion de facturation, idéalement dans un environnement complexe.

• Organisation : Excellentes habiletés en gestion de projet, grande autonomie et sens des priorités.

• Outils : Maîtrise de Microsoft Office et de Google Sheets. Expérience avec NetSuite (atout majeur).

• Connaissances : Familiarité avec la publicité numérique ou les plateformes de facturation média (atout).

• Compétences analytiques : Souci du détail et approche rigoureuse pour résoudre les problèmes.

• Langues : Bilinguisme français/anglais requis. La maîtrise de l’espagnol est un atout important.

Perion is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Billing Specialist to oversee the billing operations for our Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) business unit. This key position ensures the accuracy and efficiency of invoicing workflows, supports the onboarding of clients, and partners closely with both internal teams and clients to deliver best-in-class billing experiences. This team follows a hybrid work model and meets in the office one day per week.

• Lead Billing Workflow: Manage end-to-end billing processes, including complex scenarios
• Invoicing & Onboarding: Gather and document invoicing requirements during client onboarding.
• Become the go-to expert on Perion DOOH product billing, fees, data exports, and invoice features.
• Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison for Client Service Billing Account Managers on billing matters.
• Quality Control: Ensure invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies or billing errors.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Client Service Billing Account Managers to refine and improve billing operations.
• Automation Initiatives: Work on implementing and enhancing billing automation tools and systems (NetSuite and internal platform)
• Collections Alignment: Coordinate with Client Service to maintain up-to-date status on billing and collections.
• Invoice Support: Assist in sourcing invoices and facilitating revisions as needed for Collections.
• Collections Support: Provide additional assistance to ensure timely client payments.
• Special Billing Scenarios: Handle unique and manual billing for regions including Brazil, China, Japan, and others.

• Educational Background: Degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in billing and invoicing management, ideally in a complex environment.
  
• Organizational Skills: Strong project management abilities with excellent organizational skills; capable of working independently.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets. Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage.
  
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with digital advertising or media billing platforms is highly preferred.
  
• Analytical Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  
• Process Development: Proven experience in building, refining, and maintaining billing workflows and processes in fast paced environments
  
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and a diverse range of clients.
  
• Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is required. Spanish proficiency is a strong plus, particularly for working with Spanish-speaking clients.
