About the Role
Capital One is seeking a Senior Associate, Brand Marketing to join our Brand team to support our mass brand campaigns and initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on strategies that drive awareness & consideration, helping unlock brand as a growth driver for our business. You'll work with innovative partners like our advertising, media and public relations agencies, while also being part of a cross functional marketing team that is results driven and focused on constant learning and skill development. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Paid Media space, for example, working with DV360, CM360, Google Ads, Meta, etc. and will stay in-tune with industry updates and best practices.

Your Responsibilities
- Own the development and execution of campaign strategy and in platform activation ensuring that it supports our long-term brand goals
- Manage external media agency and platform partners to ensure that our work is delivered on strategy, on-time and on-budget
- Develop learning and testing agendas within campaign execution to ensure that we are constantly garnering insights to improve our work
- Carry out campaign management tasks including: ongoing optimization, trafficking, budget control and forecasting
- Monitor Paid Media Marketing trends and generate insights to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and optimization
- Analyze, interpret, and share campaign results, disseminate learnings, identify opportunities, and propose recommendations to improve future campaign performance
- Partner with cross functional teams to ensure that we are both sharing and capturing new learnings as a way to strengthen our work
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Display marketing.
- At least 2 years of experience analyzing and evaluating campaign performance
- "Self-starter", strong organizational skills, ownership mentality, ability to prioritize workloads, and fast learner of new digital marketing specific technology tools
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition
- Ability to work with high-performing team mates, as well as partners across the enterprise
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in Display Marketing marketing with responsibilities overseeing high volume and multi-million dollar media budgets
- DV360 and CM360 certified
- Experience in other channels including: Direct Deals and DOOH
- Experience in project management
- Experience using SQL
