We're seeking a passionate and gritty Application Developer (Associate to Senior) to join our team and help us build the next generation of AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with intelligent architecture, especially in complex, high-integration environments. You should be comfortable working with a variety of platforms and technologies, including:
Agentic Ai/Orchestration/Telephony: Five9, Zapier, Agentic AI (Vapi, Retell, 11 Labs), Twilio, and N8N
Data Tools: BigQuery and Tableau.

What you’ll be doing
- Pioneer Agentic AI: Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions, focusing on sophisticated telephony integrations and architecture. Your work will directly enhance our customer and agent interactions.
- Orchestrate Integrations: Create seamless integrations between and within business units to improve operational efficiency. You'll leverage AI to orchestrate these processes, ensuring effective data flow and output across the entire organization.
- Develop Next-Gen Applications: Build and maintain our suite of direct-to-consumer and internal applications, with a strong focus on using AI to drive new features and functionality.
- Maintain Critical Systems: Ensure the stability and performance of our core telephony and Salesforce architecture. You'll be responsible for the health of these vital systems, providing a solid foundation for our growth.
- Innovate and Lead: Take ownership of your projects from concept to completion. You’ll have the autonomy to "build and run your own ship," contributing meaningful projects that shape our technological future.
- Translate business requirements for more complex technical cases and create complex tickets for the Salesforce team using your background in computer science/engineering
- Identify, scope and build key business opportunities for revenue growth by analyzing potential technical stack deployments (improved conversion, improved productivity/quality etc.)
- Advocate for both internal and external customers through technology design of key processes, ensuring a seamless customer/agent journey
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering or Science
- Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in application administration/development, integrations management or technical growth operations
- Strong understanding of Ai orchestration including tools to accomplish it like Zapier, N8N, etc.
- Strong understanding of telephony concepts, protocols, and technologies, including SIP, VoIP, ACD, IVR, outbound calling and call routing is a plus
- Experience with telephony platforms such as Five9, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, Twilio or Salesforce (or similar systems) is a plus
- Proficiency in database relationships and relation to orchestration
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
