At PERGOLUX, we combine Scandinavian design principles with a fast-growing, international mindset—valuing ownership, ambition, and collaboration across all teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the integration of ERP data into our data warehouse, establishing the structural foundation for all financial reporting.

  • Build and maintain a Finance Single Source of Truth (SSOT), covering key metrics such as revenue, COGS, logistics costs, and EBITDA.

  • Design and implement forecasting models for revenue and demand, enabling proactive, data-driven planning across the business.

  • Develop accurate product-level profitability models by combining purchasing, operational, and financial data inputs.

  • Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and leadership to align on metrics, eliminate inconsistencies, and embed data into decision-making.

What You’ll Bring
  • Expert-level SQL and strong experience with dbt, with a proven track record of building scalable, well-structured data models.

  • Hands-on experience working with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Airbyte, Python) in complex, evolving environments.

  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to prioritize high-impact work and connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.

  • Confidence operating in ambiguity, bringing structure and clarity where systems and processes are still developing.

  • Experience working with finance or supply chain data, with a solid understanding of concepts like revenue recognition, COGS, and KPIs.

Benefits
