As a Senior Analyst, Workday Financial Systems within our People and finance systems team, you will be at the center of optimizing and evolving our Workday platform. Collaborating with Finance, FP&A, Payroll and IS, to deliver strategic projects that are visible, impactful and move fast. You won’t just maintain systems: you will help shape them.

As our Senior Analyst, Workday Financial Systems, you will:
  • Maintain, configure and update Workday Financials modules.
  • Design, create and maintain business processes, workflows, and approval chain in Workday.
  • Build and maintain custom reports and dashboards for finance leadership to provide actionable insights.
  • Support financial analytics  by providing accurate and timely data. 
  • Serve as the primary contact for finance-related Workday issues, acting as a true partner to our internal teams.
  • Participate in Workday release by testing new features and enhancements. 
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and recommend automation for manual tasks.
  • Ensure Workday Financial processes align with internal controls. 
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
  • 2+ years of experience working with enterprise cloud applications for financial management, and enterprise resource planning (ERP).
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • 3+ years experience in finance or accounting operations (e.g. accounts payable, general ledger, fp&a) 
What will make you stand out:
  • Hands-on experience with Workday or any certification within Workday. 
  • Experience supporting Finance teams from a systems or technical perspective, with a customer-first mindset.
  • A results-driven approach, with a proven ability to prioritize and deliver on key objectives.
  • Bilingualism (French/English).
