Be part of our talented and growing team! We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Performance Management, to join our team report to the Senior Manager, Performance Management.
As a Senior Analyst, Performance Management, you will support business planning and performance management activities through financial models, forecasts, business and financial analysis, industry research and special projects.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Support the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities by coordinating across the business and finance teams with multiple business units through the Annual Operating Plan, Quarterly Forecasts, and Business Outlooks (3-5 Year Plans).
- Support the consolidation of financial statements and balance sheet for financial plan, forecasts and sensitivity analysis.
- Assist the preparation and completion of monthly and quarterly business review materials, forecast materials and AOP discussion materials for Executive Leadership, Ownership Group and the Board.
- Support managing the bank’s efficiency ratio performance.
- Assist in the functional department reviews with business leaders on Operating Expenses.
- Support in the Performance and Efficiency Forum with the aim to ensure profitable growth for the bank.
- Support the Treasury team with FP&A activities with Treasury team on bank wide funding costs and capital levels for the bank.
- Support the bank’s Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP), stress testing, and regulatory compliance reporting requirements for submission to the BoD and the regulator.
- Support a strong data-driven environment, providing fact-based strategic insight to business partners to identify risks and recommendations to improve future business performance.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Finance / Accounting designation (CPA/CMA, MBA, CFA)
- 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- 2+ years Financial Services industry experience
- Strong financial modelling capabilities with experience creating robust financial plans, forecasts, and projections
- Previous experience coordinating rigorous forecasting and planning cycles and corresponding outputs
- Relevant FI experience including management and OSFI regulatory reporting, understanding of capital requirements
- Previous experience with Banking (Credit Cards, Personal Lending, Auto, and Mortgages would be an asset
Relevant Skills:
- Strong business and process acumen, with ability to analyze strategic requirements, create innovative solutions, and develop action plans
- Experience in developing financial models and dashboards within industry BI Tools (PowerBI, Tableau) would be an asset
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly collaborative, hands-on approach
- Solution-oriented, strategic business partner
