Role overview
As a Senior AI Developer, you build production-grade AI features and systems for enterprise clients. You bring disciplined software development practices, strong applied AI skills, and the ability to take ownership from design through delivery. You collaborate across roles, mentor teammates, and help teams make pragmatic technical decisions that lead to reliable solutions in production.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver AI-driven software solutions for clients
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI technologies into products and workflows
- Implement solutions following specifications and documentation (SRS, C4)
- Define and communicate non-functional requirements and quality targets
- Build robust ML pipelines and production integrations (APIs, services, data flows)
- Coach colleagues on AI implementation patterns and engineering best practices
- Take initiative, own tasks end-to-end, and drive execution with strong time management
- Uphold and reinforce software development guidelines, code quality, and testing standards
- Research, test, and implement new models, tools, and approaches
- Consult with clients on technical decisions, trade-offs, and delivery plans
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 3+ recent years delivering AI/ML work (Deep Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, etc.)
- Master’s (or PhD) in Computer Science / Software Engineering specialized in AI, or equivalent experience
- Intermediate or conversational French (minimum)
You should be proficient with
- Python 3
- Key Python libraries (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Data analysis, cleaning, processing, and augmentation
- Deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
- AI services on at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)
- MLOps practices (deployment, monitoring, automation, CI/CD)
- Testing (unit, functional, E2E, etc.)
- Development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, XP, Kanban, Shape Up, etc.)
It’s a plus if you have experience with
- Go, Java and/or JavaScript
- Enterprise software development
- In-memory storage, caching, and queue systems
- Microservices and serverless systems
- Domain-driven design
- A modern client-side framework/library (Angular, React, Svelte, etc.)
