Make Your Mark:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of enterprise-ready Generative AI solutions. You will play a pivotal role in leading our organization's efforts in applying generative AI and automation technologies to solve real-world business challenges.

You will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights, contributing to the development of innovative solutions, and driving advancements in artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies, including vector databases and knowledge graphs while navigating the complexities of data privacy, security, compliance, and accuracy.
What You'll Bring:
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generative AI Development and Deployment:

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI models (e.g., LLMs) to address enterprise-specific use cases such as knowledge management, customer support, personalized insights, and content generation.

• Build scalable solutions to integrate Generative AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems.

• Enterprise AI Strategy and Collaboration:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for applying Generative AI and document their requirements
• Drive decisions on whether to build custom AI solutions or buy existing technologies, considering the company's strategic goals, resource constraints, and the technology landscape.
• Foster innovation and adoption of advanced AI technologies such as vector databases and knowledge graphs, ensuring they are leveraged effectively to meet business needs.
• Stay at the forefront of AI technology trends and advancements, incorporating this knowledge into strategic planning and execution
• Develop frameworks and guidelines for deploying AI solutions responsibly, ensuring fairness, security, and compliance.

• Emerging Technologies (Nice-to-Have):

• Explore opportunities to enhance AI implementations through workflow automation and enterprise integration technologies.

• Utilize iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato, or Boomi) to streamline data flow and ensure seamless system interoperability when applicable.

We're Even More Excited If You Have:

• Education and Experience:

• A bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or 5+ years of work experience developing and deploying AI and automation solutions

• Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or Java.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Studios, or Google Cloud Vertex AI

• Experience with workflow or iPaaS solutions (Boomi, Workato, Zapier) a plus

• Expertise in working with cloud-based infrastructure, including leveraging API services

• Data Skills:

• Expertise in data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering.

• Familiarity with SQL and database systems.

• Problem-solving and Critical Thinking:

• Ability to define problems, collect and analyze data, and propose innovative solutions. Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate models, identify limitations.

• Adaptability and Learning Agility:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment. Proactive in staying up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in AI/data science.
