As a Senior Advisor – U.S. Tax at RCGT, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing U.S. tax mandates, including the preparation of documentation, drafting tax opinions, and completing compliance engagements, and submitting them for review;

  • Reviewing tax returns and related forms for corporations, individuals, and trusts;

  • Ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets;

  • Conducting research on specialized tax matters and proposing appropriate solutions;

  • Identifying tax planning opportunities and potential risks;

  • Meeting with internal and external stakeholders to discuss technical tax matters.

If this role speaks to you and you recognize yourself in the following profile, we have a career opportunity for you:

  • Master’s degree in Taxation or currently in progress;

  • More than 2 years of relevant experience in U.S. taxation;

  • Strong knowledge of tax laws and principles;

  • Demonstrated ability to keep knowledge up to date in your field of expertise;

  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills

  • Excellent level of English, as you will work with a unilingual English-speaking clientele
