The GEN AI Hub ’s goal is to accelerate DGIG’s adoption of emerging generative AI technologies by acting as a centre of innovation, expertise and governance in compliance with Desjardins governance documents on those technologies. Its goal is to explore and anticipate technological trends to prepare the organization for the rapid development of AI tools, while supporting the cultural shift and operational transformation. It does this by developing the skills of IT and business teams; industrializing practices (acceptance testing , frameworks, guides) to ensure that uses of AI are replicable and scalable; creating a collaborative ecosystem via communities of practice, adoption pathways and workshops; and maximizing the value of generative AI technologies in business and IT processes, in alignment with the organizational strategy. As a senior advisor, generative ai technology adoption and integration, you’ll be responsible for leading the the P&C insurance sector’s adoption of emerging generative AI technologies by defining practices and tools to help integrate them into IT and core business processes. You'll anticipate technological developments, structure long-term approaches and support the cultural shift and operational transformation. More specifically, you will be required to:
Identifying and framing opportunities
Evaluate use cases with a high impact on different sectors.
Prioritize initiatives based on benefits, risks and feasibility.
Exploring uses and industrializing solutions
Develop methodological approaches for using generative AI tools.
Ensure practices are replicable and scalable.
Providing support and developing skills
Design and lead workshops, training and adoption pathways.
Explain AI concepts to a variety of audiences (IT, professionals, executives).
Monitoring and innovation
Conduct ongoing monitoring and test emerging technologies related to P&C insurance.
Managing change and community
Create and lead a community of practice on AI technologies and work with change management teams to encourage adoption.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
IT expertise: IT ecosystems, Agile practices, DevSecOps and quality assurance
Proficiency in generative AI solutions
