POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about internal communications, employee experience and strategic storytelling? Would you like to have a real impact on engagement and organizational culture? Then join our team!
As an Employee Communications Advisor, you will play a central role in planning and implementing high-impact internal communications strategies. You'll be responsible for producing engaging content (articles, videos, newsletters, presentations, etc.), orchestrating communications campaigns linked to major organizational projects, and providing strategic advice to internal stakeholders.
Your mission: to strengthen the connection between employees and our purpose by embodying the voice of BDC culture through our internal channels.
WHAT TO EXPECT - YOUR DAY-TO-DAY IMPACT

Develop and implement impactful communications plans aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.

Write and share clear, relevant and engaging content across a variety of channels (intranet, videos, internal social media, emails, events, etc.).

Manage and optimize the content of the corporate intranet, ensuring consistency and an optimal user experience.

Working with communications colleagues and internal partners to ensure a seamless, consistent and human employee experience.

Actively contributes to the planning, coordination and execution of major internal campaigns.

Participate in the evolution of our internal strategies by integrating data, employee feedback and communication trends.
THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR - WHAT SETS YOU APART

Minimum 5 years' experience in internal communications, with a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish.

University degree in communications, public relations, journalism or related field.

Perfectly bilingual (English and French), with superior writing skills in both languages.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously in dynamic contexts.

Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative leadership.

Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools, intranet platforms (e.g. SharePoint). Basic HTML skills, an asset.

Passion for employee experience, corporate culture and clear communication.
