Key ResponsibilitiesContent strategy and outreach
  • Define and implement a multi-channel digital content strategy (social media, newsletters, microsites, videos, etc.) aligned with the company's communication objectives.
  • Develop outreach plans by audience (general public, partners, media, influencers) and by initiative (campaigns, events, speeches).
  • Ensure narrative and visual consistency of the organization across all external digital platforms.
Content creation and activation
  • Design and produce original, multi-format, bilingual content (articles, video clips, podcasts, animations, social publications).
  • Supervise mandates entrusted to external suppliers (agencies, freelancers, studios) and ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Develop high value-added content series, promoting engagement and sharing.
Platform Management and Performance
  • Manage the organization's social media accounts: publishing, moderation, monitoring, optimization.
  • Deploy audience growth and engagement strategies on key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Glassdoor, Indeed).
  • Ensure a constant watch on digital trends, reputation issues and opportunities for influence.
Collaboration and influence
  • Work closely with the Public Affairs, Media Relations, Partnerships and Executive teams.
  • Advise internal stakeholders on digital communication best practices.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of awareness, positioning and mobilization campaigns.
Analysis and optimization
  • Define performance indicators and produce regular reports (dashboards, comparative analyses, recommendations).
  • Testing new formats, platforms and approaches to maximize the impact of digital communications.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of practices and tools.
Desired profile
  • University degree in communications, journalism, public relations or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in digital communications, content management and social media.
  • Experience in managing international brands, including adapting and localizing content for different markets and audiences.
  • Excellent knowledge of social platforms, analytics and publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, Cision, Meltwater, Google Analytics).
  • Advanced skills in copywriting, visual storytelling, multi-format content creation.
  • Experience in managing digital projects and coordinating external vendors.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) required.
  • Strategic sense, editorial rigor, creativity and ability to navigate complex environments.
