Job Description

Position Overview

The Senior Advisor Change Management acts as a strategic partner to project teams and business units to support the effective implementation of organizational transformation initiatives. This role contributes to building internal change management capabilities, fostering a culture of agility, engagement, and sustainable adoption of new ways of working.

The Senior Consultant assesses the impacts of change and designs communication, training, and stakeholder engagement strategies that promote understanding, commitment, and long-term success of transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a consultant to project teams and leaders, integrating best practices in change management into transformation plans.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies covering engagement, communication, and training.
  • Advise and support leaders in preparing for change, communicating key messages, and facilitating activities that drive alignment and engagement.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, information sessions, and collaborative activities to support understanding and adoption of changes.
  • Contribute to the governance of change initiatives, including coordination between project teams, stakeholders, and governance committees.
  • Identify and monitor key performance indicators related to adoption, engagement, and sustainability of change, recommending adjustments to maximize benefits.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Competencies

  • University degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in digital transformation or technology integration contexts is an asset.
  • Excellent ability to influence, engage, and communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven agility and capacity to work effectively in a fast-changing environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
