  • Acting as a change agent by contributing to the sector’s strategic planning.
What will accelerate your success in this role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or statistics;

  • Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial analysis, ideally in property and casualty insurance;
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in actuarial and analytical tools such as R, Python, SAS, or SQL;
  • Shows excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, and strategic thinking;
  • Stands out for their leadership, influence, and collaborative mindset;
  • Demonstrates autonomy, rigor, and strong prioritization skills;
  • Has an advanced level of English, as the role requires daily communication (emails, virtual meetings, presentations, and documentation) with English-speaking teams based in the United States.
Why you will love working with us
  • A work environment focused on innovation, collaboration, and excellence;
  • Concrete opportunities for professional development and career growth;
  • An inclusive environment where expertise and ideas are valued;
