POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Account Manager - Major Accounts is responsible for selling  

Maxon products to existing and new customers within their assigned territory, which consists of some of Maxon’s largest and most strategic customers. This role supports both new and renewing business and serves as the primary commercial contact for meeting the needs of Maxon customers. 

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for selling Maxon products to our largest customers across a variety of industry sectors, with a focus on Media & Entertainment companies 

  • This role focuses on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers and acquiring new customer groups within existing major accounts 

  • Build executive level relationships through regular engagement with executives and management within creative, technical and procurement departments, providing customers with a clear understanding of the value and competitive advantages of Maxon’s products 

  • Collaborate and build trust among internal and customer stakeholders 

  • This role sells via a mix of onsite customer visits, industry tradeshow events, phone, email, video, social media messaging and other electronic means.  

  • Develops and maintains thorough knowledge of Maxon products, services and pricing policies, as well as knowledge of the other competitors in the industry and how their products compare to Maxon’s 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of Sales experience, responsible for full-cycle sales to Enterprise accounts in a B2B selling environment, preferably in the Media & Entertainment industry 

  • A track record of success achieving and/or exceeding sales quotas 

  • Global mindset, comfortable working with cross-regional, cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams 

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills to enable communication with internal teams and clients throughout the region.

  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM system 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or comparable experience

Le Senior Account Manager - Major Accounts est chargé de la vente des produits Maxon auprès des clients existants et des nouveaux clients au sein d’un territoire défini, composé de certains des clients les plus importants et stratégiques de Maxon. Ce poste couvre à la fois le développement de nouveaux partenariats et le renouvellement d’affaires existantes, tout en assurant le rôle principal d’interlocuteur commercial pour répondre aux besoins des clients Maxon.

VOS MISSIONS
  • Développer les ventes des produits Maxon auprès de nos plus grands clients, dans divers secteurs d’activité, avec un accent particulier sur les entreprises du secteur Media & Entertainment.

  • Fidéliser et faire croître une base installée de clients existants tout en identifiant et en développant de nouveaux groupes de clients au sein des comptes majeurs.

  • Nouer et entretenir des relations de haut niveau avec les dirigeants et responsables des départements créatifs, techniques et achats, en leur démontrant la valeur ajoutée et les avantages concurrentiels des solutions Maxon.

  • Collaborer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, en instaurant un climat de confiance mutuelle.

  • Gérer le cycle de vente à travers différents canaux : visites clients sur site, salons professionnels, appels téléphoniques, e-mails, visioconférences, messageries sociales et autres moyens numériques.

  • Maintenir une connaissance approfondie des produits, services et politiques tarifaires de Maxon, ainsi qu’une bonne compréhension de la concurrence et du positionnement de Maxon sur le marché.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en vente B2B auprès de comptes Enterprise, idéalement dans l’industrie Media & Entertainment.

  • Solide historique de réussite dans l’atteinte et le dépassement d’objectifs commerciaux.

  • Esprit international, à l’aise dans un environnement multiculturel, transversal et géographiquement dispersé.

  • Anglais courant (oral et écrit) et excellentes compétences en communication permettant de communiquer avec les équipes internes et les clients dans toute la région..

  • Bonne maîtrise de Salesforce ou d’un autre système CRM équivalent.

  • Diplôme universitaire (Bac+3 minimum) ou expérience professionnelle équivalente.
