Do you have experience implementing and providing cloud services infrastructure as code (IaC)? Experience with an infrastructure programming language such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, PowerShell and/or Bash? Have you worked in continuous delivery (CI/CD), including Git version management, and are you familiar with existing cloud platforms and services? If so, this position is for you! The Hosting and Cloud Platform Administrative Department is currently looking for a SecOps Advisor, Azure Cloud Computing, to join its cloud security squad. The role involves designing, configuring, administering, maintaining and upgrading the security features on the Desjardins cloud to meet the organization’s needs. The nature of files requires comprehensive knowledge of the cloud security field. You make recommendations on the development and execution of projects and initiatives with an average degree of operational and conceptual complexity. Coordination is critical. Interpersonal savvy is essential. You act in an advisory role in your field and interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. More specifically, you will be required to:
Be the reference for operational security on public cloud platforms.
Contribute to the SecOps squad’s deliverables.
Develop and maintain security controls by prioritizing automation.
Work on Desjardins’s security and governance aspects, and demonstrate influence to align the cloud computing security strategies.
Help develop and update security policies, strategies, standards and models, IT infrastructure and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives.
Help our partners secure their cloud-based platforms.
Collaborate with the Desjardins Group Monitoring Office and the Desjardins Group Security Office.
Update and implement cloud services operations to strike the right balance between business needs, compliance with regulations and best practices.
Support the efforts of the squads in the Cloud Services Administrative Department to improve platform security posture.
Promote and adhere to modern cloud security best practices.
Work with Desjardins teams to oversee and manage other security-related operations for our security products.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in IT/cloud security or a related field
A minimum of six years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Experience in the cloud computing industry
Knowledge of French is required
