We’re looking for a Scrum Master that will be in charge of facilitating, coaching and guiding the team towards agile best practices according to the reality of the organization.

What you'll be doing:
● Help the squad to self-organize, be autonomous;
● Facilitate the scrum processes, protect it from interference, and help remove impediments by encouraging the squad to find solutions;
● Provide transparency over the squad goals that have been set and progress to the stakeholders;
● Guide the team through challenges and work very closely with the Product Owner on the rollout and enhancements throughout the product life cycle;
● Coach and mentor Developers, QAs and Product Owners on Agile principles and processes;
● Facilitate team ceremonies (daily stand-up meetings, release plannings, backlog refinements, sprint plannings, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives) and other required team meetings;
● Adapt Agile best practices to the reality of the organization to ensure buy-in of the team and stakeholders;
● Help the PO maintain an up-to-date product backlog;
● Involve the team in continuous improvement with the aim of simplifying processes;
● Managing multiple development teams;
● Partner with your colleagues to help the organization gain maturity with its processes and implement best practices;

What you'll need:
● 3+ years' experience in a similar role
● Experience working in Agile environment
● Strong experience with Agile concepts (Scrum and / or Kanban)
● Background in IT project management
● Good knowledge of Software Engineering and SDLC
● Previous experience working with Product Owners
● Strong communication skills
● Fluent in both French and English
● Flexible in shifting priorities
● Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize work and be well organized.
● Be able to understand and identify areas of improvement in Agile practices
● Positive, mobilizing, and participative leadership
● Critical thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
