Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced talent exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.

About the Role

• 3-5 Years of experience

• SAFe certified agile scrum masters

• Good Communication

• Ran the scrum teams before but intermediate level 

• 4 days in Office at Montreal

• Experience in project scrum leaderships as remove impediments, foster team coordination environment, and guide the team toward embracing agile principles rather than enforcing them mechanically

• Become the bridge between business and delivery, ensuring focus on value and reducing friction across the system.


Project Summary: The current CL policy architecture relies on BCO/XML, which introduces performance bottlenecks, long release cycles, and maintenance challenges. This business case proposes a phased migration to a new CL Model using JSON and Protobuf serialization to improve agility, performance, and maintainability.

Role: Developer to help Intact migrate from XML to JSON for their DOM6 application services.

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • 3-5+ years of experience.
  • Candidate must be currently based in Montreal.
  • Must work on-site (hybrid) in Montreal.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
