The Personal Services Business Intelligence Department is responsible for modernizing and simplifying business performance monitoring, producing dashboards, providing advice and making recommendations based on key performance indicators for the entire Personal Services Executive Division. On our team, we modernize, simplify and push business performance monitoring to another level. We design powerful dashboards and inform decision-making with key performance indicators that make a difference. As a business intelligence advisor, you produce, collect and valorize data that comes from different channels. You extract, describe, analyze and interpret the data needed to make informed business decisions. You assist clients with analytics development initiatives that involve using data and designing reports tailored to business needs. More specifically, you will be required to:
Analyze business needs and translate them into concrete, customized BI solutions.
Design, develop and maintain the production of analytical data.
Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of the data used in analytics solutions.
Help business partners understand and use BI tools.
Carry out complex extraction requests.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of four years of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Knowledge of complex databases
Proficiency in data modelling
Proficiency in SAS and SQL tools
Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query and DAX
Familiarity with call centres
