Müller's Solutions is looking for a seasoned SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to become a member of our specialized team. The successful applicant will possess in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules along with substantial experience in implementing and enhancing HR solutions across various client environments. In this position, you will oversee complete implementation projects, offer strategic advice, and guarantee the effective delivery of HR technology solutions that align with the clients' business goals.
- The preferred SuccessFactors Consultant will exhibit expertise in the following three key areas:
- LMS (Learning Management System): The candidate should have thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with the LMS module within SuccessFactors.
- Performance Management: The candidate needs to be skilled in configuring and overseeing the Performance Management module.
- Compensation: The candidate must display proficiency in Compensation Management within SuccessFactors, ensuring effective configuration and operation.
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SuccessFactors modules tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support user adoption.
- Work cross-functionally with technical teams to ensure successful integration with other systems.
- Stay updated on SuccessFactors product updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
RequirementsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in SuccessFactors consulting with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of relevant SuccessFactors certifications is strongly preferred.
- The ideal SuccessFactors Consultant should demonstrate expertise in the following three core areas:
- LMS (Learning Management System): The candidate must have extensive knowledge and practical experience with the LMS module in SuccessFactors.
- Performance Management: The candidate should be proficient in configuring and managing the Performance Management module.
